Why am I not receiving SGDRESS email?

Most probably our email might have gone into your email's junk/spam box. Add our email enquiry@sgdress.com into your safe sender list to prevent future inconvenience.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

No. There is no minimum order on sgdress.com. We provide lowest wholesale price for all product listed.

Can you provide more information about your product?

All our products are listed with details such as description, measurements and materials information. There will always be a wide ray of images to aid your shopping experience. Over 95% of our items are as what it is shown. In some cases, the colour may vary due to photo enhanced, indoor or outdoor shoot conditions.

How is the quality of our product?

We have carefully selected our products and are always trying our best to keep the quality as good as possible. Over 90% of our consumer and retailer place their subsequent order after their first purchase.

How do I know if the item would fit me?

We provide Size Chart" to aid you in reading the measurements.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I make some changes to my order like adding or removing items? How?

Before payment made - YES!
How to make changes;
When there are a number of changes to be made, please place a new order instead, and inform us which order is to be voided.
When there is minor changes, please reply the invoice you had received with details of what you want to add and/or remove. eg.(model no./color/sizes)

After payment made - No!
No changes can be made to paid orders (No exception).
Remarks : Consumer and retailer with too many changes and cancellations order will be blacklisted and future orders will be given the lowest priority for processing.

Can you check for me if some products are in stock or not?

It is inevitable to face out of stock item. However, we will do our best to keep our inventory "out of stock" free. As we are receiving high volume of orders hence we are unable to immediately confirm the status of a particular item. As such, we will only be able to update the status of a particular item when an order is being process.

Orders are coming in every hours and some are invoiced without payment. Thus, there is a possibility when an item is available at one moment but was flagged "out of stock" next. Our "out of stock" update routine is held on monthly basis. Once an item is flagged "out of stock", it is confirmed that it will not to be reproduced, unless otherwise stated.

Do you ship internationally to my country?

Yes, we ship internationally. Please refer to the Shipping & Delivery” for shipping rate.

Can I email you the list of products I want to buy?

No. Orders must be placed on our website for easy reference.

How can I track my order status?
