Return Policy

When you had received a defective or incorrect item(s), you can return your item(s) to our warehouse in for a full refund.
Filing for return must be done within 7 days of receipt using the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form below, 1 RMA for each returning item.
Returning item must be un-used, unwashed, with tags still on (if applicable), in the original package and must not fall under the list of non-refundable item. *refer to non-refundable items below.

Shipping fee incurred for returning item to our warehouse is to be borne by customer. Upon receiving the return item(s) in our warehouse, full refund of item price will be credited into store credit of customer's account.

Non-Refundable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, the following products are excluded from our return policy, and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

Beauty products
Lingerie (including women's shape wear and body shapers) and underwear
Sports bras
Swimwear (bikinis and 1-piece suits)

Filing for RMA number is a MUST for all returning item. We do not entertain item without RMA number.

When the returned package arrive at our warehouse in Guangzhou, China, we will validate and identify defects of item. Once defective item is accepted, we will refund the full amount of the item price into your store credit.

In the event that validation of defective item is denied, you will be responsible for the shipping fees in both direction.

Our admin will contact you through email once RMA form has been submitted successfully.
